Admin & Settings
The Admin area is where you manage your barn's account: your team and their permissions, your subscription and payments, your barn profile, the dashboard weather widget, and how to reach support.
Open it from the main navigation under Admin Settings, or go directly to /admin.
Admin tabs
The Admin area is organized into tabs across the top of the page:
| Tab | What it's for | Who can see it |

| Barn Profile | Edit your barn name, logo, time zone, time format, and the Email-to-Records setting. See Barn & Account Profile. | Admins only |
| Users & Permissions | Invite team members, assign roles and permissions, and archive users. See Users & Permissions. | Admins only |
| Payment Settings | View and change your plan, manage your card on file, apply coupons, and add your USEF ID. See Subscription & Plans. | Admins only |
| Contact Support | Send a support request or feedback. See Support. | Everyone |
| Weather | Configure the Dashboard weather widget. See Weather. | Admins only |
Who can access Admin
Access to the Admin tabs is controlled by the Admin permission (admin:full).
- Admins see every tab listed above.
- Non-admin users see only the Contact Support tab. If a non-admin opens any other Admin page directly, they are redirected to Contact Support.
To make someone an admin, edit their user and check Admin Access on the Users & Permissions page.
