Barn & Account Profile

Your barn profile holds your barn's name, logo, and time settings. These apply to everyone in your barn. Only admins can edit them.

Open it from Admin Settings → Barn Profile (/admin).

Barn profile fields

Field	What it does
Barn Name	The name of your barn. Required — it cannot be left blank.
Upload A Logo	Click Upload to choose an image file for your barn logo. A preview appears below; use Delete Image to remove it.
Time Zone	The time zone used for dates and times across BarnManager. Start typing to search the list. Required.
Time Format	Choose 12 Hours (e.g., 2:30 PM) or 24 Hours (e.g., 14:30).
Email-to-Records (powered by AI)	Turn on to get a dedicated email address. Anything you send to it is processed into records automatically. When enabled, your unique address is shown below the toggle.

Click Save to apply your changes. Time zone and time format updates take effect immediately.

Your personal profile

Your own name, login email, password, and notification preferences are managed separately from the barn profile. Open the Profile menu in the top header and choose to edit your profile. From there you can:

Update your First Name, Last Name, and Login E-Mail.
Change your password — check Update password, then enter and confirm a strong new password (8+ characters with upper- and lower-case letters, a number, and a special character).
Set your Notification Preferences for how you receive notifications:
- Push notifications on your mobile device only
- Email only
- Both email and push
Toggle additional notifications for new horses added to your account and new white board posts.
