Subscription & Plans
The Payment Settings tab in Admin Settings is where you choose your plan, manage the card on file, apply coupons, and add your USEF ID. Only admins can open this page.
Open it from Admin Settings → Payment Settings (/admin/payments).
Plans
BarnManager offers two plans. Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top of the page to switch the displayed pricing; yearly billing is discounted.

View your current subscription
Below the plan cards, the Your Current Subscription panel shows your active plan name and the next payment date. If you have cancelled, it shows the date your subscription will expire and instructions to resubscribe.
Change your plan
- Choose Monthly or Yearly with the billing toggle.
- Click the plan you want.
- A confirmation dialog shows what you'll gain (for upgrades) or lose (for downgrades), along with a pricing breakdown.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Confirm to apply the change.
Manage your payment method
The Payment Details panel shows the card on file (brand, last four digits, and expiration).
- If a card is on file, click Update Payment Details to enter a new card.
- If no card is on file, click Add Card.
Cancel and reactivate
- Cancel — in the Current Subscription panel, click Cancel Subscription. The cancellation flow walks you through confirming. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Reactivate (before it expires) — if you've scheduled a cancellation but the period hasn't ended, a Reactivate button appears to undo it.
- Resubscribe (after it expires) — once a subscription is cancelled, choose a plan and click Subscribe Now. You can pay with the card already on file or a new card.
Coupons
In the Coupons panel, enter a coupon code and click Apply. A confirmation appears if the coupon is accepted.
USEF ID
In the USEF panel, enter your USEF ID and click Apply to validate it. Your USEF membership must be active for validation to succeed; if it fails, double-check the ID and your membership status at usef.org.
