- Click the messenger icon in the lower-right corner of any page.
- Type your question or describe the issue.
- Send it — our team replies right in the messenger, and you'll get a notification when we respond.
Use the messenger for help using BarnManager, reporting a problem, or sharing feedback and ideas. You don't need to leave the page you're on, and you can keep working while you wait for a reply.
tip
The messenger keeps your conversation history, so you can come back to an earlier thread anytime by reopening the widget.
