BarnManager does not currently support storing credit card information on client profiles. However, this functionality is actively being developed and is expected to be available soon.
What's coming
Our team is currently working on adding the following features to the platform:
Client payment method storage — Clients will be able to save their credit card information securely to their profile.
Self-purchasing flow — Clients will be able to purchase lessons, show entries, and other events directly through BarnManager.
Client portal — A dedicated portal where clients can manage their payment methods and view their activity.
When will this be available?
We're planning to release these features in approximately 2–3 months. We'll announce updates as they become available.
What can I do in the meantime?
In the meantime, you can continue to send invoices to clients through BarnManager's existing invoicing system. Clients can pay invoices using credit card or ACH (bank transfer) through the payment link included on each invoice.
