Creating and Editing a Table List

In this article, we demonstrate how to create a Temperature Chart in the List Builder

Table Lists are a great way to organize a lot of different types of information from Shipping Lists, to Farrier visits, over time, Staffing or Volunteer Schedules, and much more. In this article, we will demonstrate how to create a Temperature Chart in the List Builder using a Table List.

  1. Select the Lists tab from the Navigation Menu.

  2. Select "Add a List."

  3. Give the new list a clear and concise title.

  4. From the "Type of List" drop-down menu, select "Table List."

  5. The "Method," drop-down menu allows you to create a Table List from a .CSV or similar file type. If you wish to create a Table from scratch, you can leave the Method selection on the default option: "Create table from scratch."

  6. Enter the number of Rows and Columns that you would like to generate.

  7. Click "Update Table."

  8. Click on each cell to enter content.

  9. Be sure to add Horses If you would like this list to show up in a particular horse's profile.

  10. Add Tags and Users to receive notifications as needed.

  11. You can also select a user to assign the list to and add a due date as needed.

  12. Click the "Add" button.

To edit this table list:

  1. Click on the list in question.

  2. Select the "Edit" link. *** (If you do not see an Edit link, you may not have adequate permissions to edit a list. Please contact your account admin if you believe this is an error).

  3. Make changes necessary.

  4. Select "Save."
