The Expenses category in BarnManager Pro is designed to support the Split Expense Feature. This feature allows you to split the total cost of an expense across multiple clients and/or multiple horses on multiple invoices.
The goal is to make sure that the total cost of the expense has been billed out, and that each client or horse is billed for the correct portion of that expense.
This is ideal for large purchases, horse show expenses, travel expenses, and much more.
