If you had a BarnManager account in the past and are now trying to log back in or reset your password, but the reset email isn't coming through, your account may have been archived. Here's what's happening and how to fix it.
Why isn't my password reset email arriving?
If the barn your email was originally associated with is no longer active and doesn't have a current subscription, your account may have been archived. When an account is archived, password reset emails will not be sent, even though the system may appear to confirm that one was sent.
Additionally, your account may have been archived directly by your barn, which can also prevent password reset emails from being sent.
Please also be sure to check your spam or junk folders to ensure the password reset email isn't being filtered.
How to regain access
You have three options:
Use a different email address β Sign up for your new barn using a different email address, since your current email is still tied to the old, inactive barn.
Have our team remove your email from the old barn β Contact us through the chat widget or email support@barnmanager.com and let us know. Our tech team can remove your email from the old barn's account so you can reuse it to register with a new barn.
Contact your barn for reactivation β If you believe your account has been archived in error, reach out to your barn directly and request reactivation.

The email address you're trying to use
The name of the barn you were previously associated with (if you remember)
Whether you'd like us to remove your email from the old account so you can reuse it
How long does it take?
