How to Combine or Merge Owner Accounts

What to do if you have multiple BarnManager accounts and need to combine them.

If you have ended up with more than one BarnManager account β€” for example, if you were invited to a barn's account and also created your own β€” you may want to consolidate them into a single account.

Important: Account merging is not available as a self-service feature. Because each account may contain different horses, records, invoices, and user data, merging accounts requires assistance from our team to make sure nothing is lost.

How to Request an Account Merge

  1. Contact us through the chat widget or email us at info@barnmanager.com.

  2. Let us know the email addresses associated with each account you'd like to merge.

  3. Tell us which account you'd like to keep as your primary account.

  4. Our team will review both accounts and walk you through the process.

Tips to Avoid Duplicate Accounts

  • When joining a new barn, ask the barn admin to invite you using the same email address you already use for BarnManager.

  • Check your email for an existing invitation before creating a new account.
